This quote is on my desk as a reminder at all times. Whether I'm learning a new skill or kick-starting a new project, this quote has always driven me forward. 

I approach problem-solving with a root-cause mindset, a data-driven perspective, and a commitment to continuous improvement. I challenge the status quo, question inefficient workarounds, and look beyond surface-level symptoms to understand the underlying issues affecting people, processes, and technology. Drawing on my clinical operations experience, enterprise healthcare technology leadership, and Lean Six Sigma training, I evaluate problems from multiple perspectives, engage the right stakeholders, and develop practical, sustainable solutions. I believe that past challenges should inform better approaches—not limit what is possible. My goal is to eliminate inefficiencies, strengthen processes, and deliver measurable improvements that support both organizational objectives and patient-centered outcomes.
